Peer support programs provide an opportunity for consumers who have achieved significant recovery to assist others in their recovery journeys. Peer specialists model recovery, teach skills and offer supports to help people experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse challenges lead meaningful lives in the community.

Remodeling our Bathroom

Here at The Gathering Place we are constantly trying to improve not only our services but also our center.  Due to the pandemic we had to make many changes in how we provide services.  With these changes we evaluated the space we utilize and this brought the realization that our restrooms is not handicap accessible.  We are currently fundraising to remodel our restroom and not only make it ADA compliant but also to add another restroom.  Currently we are taking donations to aid in making this happen.  If you would like to help support us you can send donations to 1001 Cherry St., Green Bay, WI 54301 or click the support us link.
